Refresh Detail as closing Add

I have a situation where I want to add a detail record, and it works fine and the details refresh as they should, however my add page can add more than one record in the detail. The user can say 5 boxes, each box has 50 items, so I add 5 items, but only see the first one when I close the add popup.

How can I force a refresh of the Contents Detail in my case.
