Azure Blob Storage for files and documents (in v10.91 and v11)

There are allready builtin options to store our files and documents like Disk, Amazon S3, Google Drive, Wasabi, Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive.
If we could have one more added, Azure Blob Storage to v10.91 and also to v11+
