Chat notification

Downloaded and installed Chat template. Works great.

Users are asking me to show a popup on the screen when a new Chat message is sent to them.
I do have the chat notification turned on and it does show a little icon in the top header but I am being told that it is easily overlooked.

Has anyone added to the Chat Notification where it will show a popup message on the screen along with the icon notifier?
