Infinite lazy load table scrolling

Is there a way to implement infinite table scrolling like lazy loading in PHPRunner? I found something called DataTables with a web search, but it looks like it totally takes over the table model. I just don't know enough of what that would do the application I'm building. Would I still be able to use the table controls in PHPRunner while adding functionality from DataTables? Other ideas?
