refresh after inline add

Hi,
I saw that with version 10.91 and php 8.1 after the "inline add" the page is not refreshed correctly,
you only see the view button, so I have to use F5 to refresh the page.
I attach screenshot.

This issue suggests that something is not right with the project setup. Normally, PHPRunner handles this situation automatically and no manual refresh is required.
