SignaturePad Plugin Update

I have updated the SignaturePad Plugin because when we were editing a signature field, it was not possible to clear the signature zone.
With this new version the parameters are not changed, so it is only necessary to replace the plugin sources ( installation ) and reload the PHPRunner project and generate the new application.
