Header and Footer in PDF View

Hi
I'm working with a PDF View on a view page.
I'm trying to get:
<fixed header>
Does not move from the top of the PDF
<content>
From PHPRUNNER, paganated. Should show 1 page of of the child view (paganated to 20 entries at a time). The second page of the child view to genereate the 2nd page of the PDF
<footer>
Fixed to the bottom of the PDF
Any advice on how to achieve this is appreciated.

Guess you will have to create the whole printout with footers etc. manually via PHP and Javascript as a custom button - at least I did so. PHPrunner is not able to have footers on view/print pages.

Thank you that's very helpful. Usually if something is possible the solution will eventually some to me. I've been super stuck with this one but that approach makes sense.
