PHPR 10.9 Allow multiple selection not working on iphone search page

In PHPR 10.9, "Allow multiple selection" is not working on iphone search page.

  1. The select all button does not display that all options are on/off when clicked/unclicked.
  2. The "Search" does nothing when pressed.

If I untick "allow multiple selection" the search form works OK.

I don't get this issue on Windows or the iPad.

I have reverted to unclicking "Allow multiple selection" for now.
