Lost the phprunner file

I pressed "remove"accidentally in phprunner and my file was gone. Could not find it anymore on my computer. how can I recover this file?

If you are talking about the start page in PHPRunner and 'Remove' button - it doesn't delete the project, simply removes it from the list. It is still on your hard drive.
