Filter Panel overlap the list

Hi,

I just converted a project from Asprunner 10.6 to Asprunner 10.8 Build 39787 x64, now I notice a strange behavior for the filterpanel.

As you can see in the Style Editor the filter panel overlap the list, the same behavior exist on the build Project. Nothing was changed or added in the CSS. I also tried all standard Themes, always with the same result!

Could somebody help, please?
