• "on mobile show ..." feature, fixed item visibility issue;
• fixed dependent filters, no controls were shown after the first dependent field;
• updated Google drive upload to make it work with latest Google changes;
• made Update Selected feature compatible with multiple edit pages;
• fixed dashboard chart - refresh option;
• ASPRunner.NET - FTP upload ignored changes made to web.config file.
