Show records as checkboxes?

I've tried searching and I don't know if PHPR has a way to do this.

I have a user table. A used can have access to 1 or many stores.

Is there a way to show each store as a checkbox and when they user selects or deselects the checkbox and saves, it would update the proper record?

Not sure I explained it very well, but I have searched and just don't know how to really search for what I'm looking for.
