Class 'ConnectionManager_Base' not found in .../connections/ConnectionManager.php

Rebuilding an existing application, which published and is running fine, in version 2, I am getting :
Class 'ConnectionManager_Base' not found in .../connections/ConnectionManager.php

I tried rebuilding and re-uploading all files, as well as manually uploading ConnectionManager_base.php from the output folder.

Appreciate any good advice. Thanks in advance.

Does it work if you test it locally or on Demo Account?
