In my view it reduces the padding and margines around the item to make it more compact visable |

Upper part of screenshot is normal and lower part is with all fields "compact". I don´t see any difference.

This is a new feature that wasn't implemented yet. Once it is implemented there will a description of this feature right in the Page Designer. |
