Recursive Menu System

Looking for some advice and I realise I might be unrealistic here in getting PHP Runner to do this but.

I like the main menu in Xlinesoft online...

Is it possible to have multiple main menu options where you select a button on first page and then get taken through to another menu with more buttons?

Much like the decision tree in the menus I usually place along the top?

I'm trying to get users to navigate something like the below link and occasionally ask them to enter text but mainly just give them distinct choices in terms of buttons. One option would be to have a table for each junction which contains the number of questions and route them to a different table on click of a button.

Any advice much appreciated
