if i selected "Automatically enable two factor authentication for new users " and 2fa is not mandatory , new users created by phprunner signup will be presented with a 2fa registration page
since new users will be created by other means, how can i make those users to be presented with 2fa registration page?
FYI: if i selected 2fa to be mandatory, those users will be presented with 2fa registration page. however, i don't want 2fa to be mandatory.
