Fixed in this build:

• fixed total/displaying records indicator in reports;
• reorder fields + print page. Field order didn't apply to second print page;
• small image uploads failed with thumbnail creation turned on;
• get rid of extra SQL query on chart page;
• SQL server encryption + spaces in project name doesn't lead to errors anymore;
• Custom buttons didn't work on Lookup wizard - List page with search;
• fixed Where tabs in details preview + vertical layout;
• fixed Create PDF button on List page + export selected records only;
• fixed server code redirects in .NET;
