Concate two fields with CodeSnippet

Dear friends;

I want to seprate with two field in designer
i add new codesnippet (name: br_Element) with below code for seprate with new line (with br tag)
but it dont work.
i dont wanna use split table.
do you have any issue?

The easiest option, that doesn't require any coding, is to place these to fields into a separate cell and choose orientation 'vertical'.
