fields to be displayed in each mode (mobile vs desktop) right in Page Designer / Column by Device

Somebody already asked this question, but unfortunately the answer does not work.

I found this thread

In theory, "in version 10.x you can control what fields to be displayed in each mode (mobile vs desktop) right in Page Designer." but in practice it doesn't work.

All my fields and labels and texts has the options "display" and "mobile display" to Always

but in mobile devices some fields doesn't shows up.

When a browser request a Desktop site doesn't work either

What else can I do to accomplish this situation?

I tried just using "display = Always" or "mobile display =always" independently of each other and doesn't work.
