In this update:
- fixed: expand/collapse sidebar on List page. Expand button didn't appear if menu was deleted from the page;
- fixed: breadcrumbs disappeared when there were multiple links to the same page in the menu;
- fixed: fixed REST View results caching problem. Delete function didn't work with Airtable;
- fixed: details link on List page didn't appear after inline add in some circumstances;
- fixed: using After unsuccessful login event lead to error in some projects;
- fixed: View as Number formatting wasn't applied to charts;
- fixed: dependent dropdowns - List page with ajax were not cleared when needed;
- improved DB2 compatibility;
- fixed: Back to List button on Edit page didn't respect 'page' parameter;
- fixed: FTP upload errors leading to application freezing;
