In this update:

• fixed: DB::LastId() function didn't always work with the Oracle database;
• .NET - added support for PostgreSQL 14
• fixed: rare scenario with lookup wizard dependent Datetime fields;
• fixed: TIME field in SQL Server with certain server and driver versions didn't work properly;
• fixed: Menu editor worked very slowly in some project configurations;
• fixed: crosstab report errors with PHP8
• fixed: users table could inadvertently be removed from the project in some cases;
• fixed: Totals on List page could lead to errors in PHP8;
