Change in Project Folder Location - Why?

Projects used to default to:
C:\Documents\PHPRunnerProjects
Now they dfrault to:
C:\Projects

Why?

I saw a note somewhere about causing a problem. What problem exactly?

All my projects in C:\Documents\PHPRunnerProjects seem to work okay when I publish.
