In this update:
- improved Permissions page performance in large projects;
- fixed dashboard layout with two menus;
- fixed login table being removed from the project in some cases;
- record locking didn't work with & symbol in key field values;
- various menu page appearance fixes;
- required hidden fields - Add/Edit pages weren't working when there were hidden required fields;
- REST View fixes making it possible to connect Google Drive;
- made skip welcome page option disabled by default;
- fixed Active Drirectory + case-insensitive username issues;
- SAML authentication didn't recognize username in some cases;
- runner_mail didn't send attachments under PHP8;
- email settings were being erased in some cases;
- Sync database failed when new fields were added to reports;
- .NET only, fixed BLOB field support in Oracle;
