10.6 ftp upload issue

ERROR 500 message is just the headline for roughly 15 or so
different casualties with the majority of same on the SERVER side.
Did you check "Clear Dir" functionality before UPLOAD? In other
words, did you try to upload into an emptied file directory?
The PHPRunner built-in FTP feature supports incremental upload
of changed files which practically means, PHPRunner is keeping a log
of files after first successful FULL UPLOAD of all files to then be able to
facilitate incremental upload of files later on. So, to run a full upload into
an emptied directory is the best bet to enable PHPRunner's built-FTP
to compile the overall files log for later incremental upload sessions.

Same bug with registered version 10.6.
No FTP connection possible.
10.3 - 10.5 works with port 2121

We need some additional info from you in order to troubleshoot this.

Ive deleted all files first and also selected the new selection clear dir.
My work around is to test locally and then Ive used expression web to ftp to my site and all works that way, just long winded.

I noticed that I cannot access the FTP with the 10.6 in the local network. (192.168.2.60 one of my NAS devices)
it works with other IPs or domains on remote servers.

FTP in the local network works!
I also have external access via Android, iOS MacOS Windows and Linux!
10.3 - 10.5 also works fine.
Either via domain or IP.
Only the 10.6 denies access.
There is also no access attempt in the log from the NAS.
So I don't even get to the IP or domain in the local network.
