It would be great and cut down time, if there was a button by the Help Button at the bottom of the screen. This button would be to execute a full build and then upload changes, maybe call it 'Build & Load'. Even better if you allow the user to set if it does part or full build - upload changes or all files. Maybe put the settings under the MISC screen.
This would cut down time greatly when trying to polish off or make a quick change to your project. Make your changes and then click the button.
