Search Results Not Filtered after search

Hi Everyone,

I posted earlier about slow searching but was able to fix that issue by basically resetting all of my search criteria for the Orders page and then publishing and after go back in and re-select my search fields. The problem I have now is that the search result is highlighted in red but the view still displays all of the records and doesn't filter the view so only the search results show. Any guidance on correcting this would be greatly appreciated.

Update: It appears that if I use the advance search the view filters and displays only the item I searched for but the regular search field in the view does not filter.

After testing various configurations, I reset the list page and republished and it appeared to fix the issue. Thanks.
