Oracle Radio Button is disabled

When I wish to choose a database type in PHPRunner, I see all radio buttons of (MYSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MS Access, PostgreSQL).

Oracle Radio Button is disabed.
What is the reason?

Hello,
Sorry if this is stating the obvious, but I don't imagine that this will be available if Oracle is not installed or if PHPrunner is unaware of where the datasource is located.
As I say, sorry if the response is a little banal, and there are others in this forum with far greater knowledge of the product than I (and I hope that they will respond to you). Hopefully my obvious answer will spur others into a more intelligent response.

Solar System,
Is the PHPRunner software installed on the server box or a client that connects to the Oracle database? If it is the client, ensure that you are able to connect to Oracle via SQL Plus.
