Custom color themes for sidebar and topbar?

In the editor (ver 10.5), we can choose color themes for the sidebar and topbar. This is implemented from a selector with predefined color schemes. Is it possible to create our own themes to match a customer's requested colors?

I think this would be very powerful.

This can be done today by building customized themes with the Bootswatch editor, but, it would be very powerful to have some color selection capability right in the product. This is a common need - to set very specific colors per a company's standards.
