Android Camera Picture Upload

Hi,
I've created a small web-app to upload pictures taken from any Smartphone. If the Web-App is accessed by a Browser on the Smartphone, there is no problem to add images taken by the camera.
After I've done all my testing work, I decided to opt for a "real" App based on the URL. This App is available on the Play Store, installation works! The different add/edits... work like a charm! Unfortunately, uploading a picture from the camera doens't work..
I create a new record. Put some details and attach an image direct from the Smartphone without taking a direct picture from the camera. (it works!) but
if I create a new record or edit a record and want to add a picture with the camera push on "Save" to upload the record to the database I got the error
"Web page not available

the web page at......... could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_FAILED
Anybody got the same problem?
