BUG in Designer ?

Seem that you add it in the "Editor" not "Page Designer".

Go to Page Designer and Insert "code snippet" or "Text".

Should work, maybe no data in your row, since you insert into data row area.

If I expand the fields, can I only insert data record queries?
Why is it previewed as it should be and is it gone after publishing?

That's a BUG in my opinion

I tried on a normal table, list page, add an empty row after the data grid row and insert some text. it shows on the actual website.
So i don't think it is a bug.
But from your screenshot, they are many edit buttons in your grid, so you could have modified the page design somehow,

that you may need to reset the page and redo (as we know, if you modify directly from editor, you may have to reset the page,

unless you use Page Designer).
From what i did a quick try, everything works perfectly on PHPR 10.05, assuming you use 10.05.

what acpan said: try to reset the page (but take care if you modified the html, but that's generally a bad idea in 10.x).

For me this always worked in similar situations.

No need to be angry at all, as it took the Xlinesoft developers roughly 3 years to perform on "OBJECT" oriented PHPRunner style.

Each object has a unique ID, say, if ONE object ID is used TWICE, there is really no reason to blame the Xlinesoft product at all.

It is my understanding that the second button does NOT appear as it owns a different object ID or in other words, it seems to at

least me, a computer programme of whatsoever kind is getting stuck to display a unique object ID on a page TWICE as you cannot

expect a product like PHPRunner of what the user finally wants to see on the display.
As this is NOT a support forum, I suggest you contact Xlinesoft support. They have more than affordable hourly rates for support on

anything to work it out for you. Finally, if it is a commercially oriented web appliance, you are truly aware of your returns and

so, a $150 for two hours of support in regard to solution provision is really nothing less than a GIFT you won't find anywhere else.

I uninstalled all versions and reinstalled the 10.5.

New project created.

It works now.
No idea why.....
