Absolute path or files upload folder

Hi all I trust everyone are well.
I try without success to upload file fro version 10X

My web server is on the same sub net so the output files is set @ "files" output/file

and with Absolute path d:/zzz/zzz/output/files

I had try all 3 option and still no success.
only way I can upload file is using localhost:8086 from the workstation not from any domain webserver.
Where did I go wrong here.

Thank you and sorry to post in the wrong forum.
Located the fault was the file size In the field tab it is set as zero "0", but it must be from IIS server field restriction.
