Refresh page after edit

After editing a page, depending on the outcome of the edit I have buttons that are shown. However to get the buttons to show the page must be refreshed. Can I do this after an edit?

If this is a regular Edit page it will be refreshed automatically after you click 'Save'.

When I click save the page gets updated with the changes I've made but isn't refreshed whereby the changes are reflected in the fact that now, depending on the changes made a button is or isn't displayed. Refreshing the screen allows the button to be displayed. At the moment I have to refresh the page manually and would like it to be done automatically after updating the row.
