Checkbox Warning

HI.

On my application, I have a checkbox on the add new page and edit page, this can be checked or unchecked, but when the checkbox is unchecked and the user presses save, is there a way I can generate a popup saying are you sure you want to save without (Name of checkbox) being selected?
