Sudden problems with user groups

Hello Folks,
Phprunner Version 9.8.
After of two years using of phpr first time have such weird problem. Problem is with user groups, after each Build, even Saving project

empty user group is created, and duplicate of existing appears.
Where can be problem?

It is really hard to tell why would something stopped working out of blue. Not really sure what to recommend here rather than upgrading to the latest version.

Can you advise, in which files of generated project are stored page's static security permission?

Check classes/security.php and include/commonfunctions.php. It should in both. You can just run a search for any group name to find the exact code.
