10.3 installed updated shows "Trial"

when I updated to 10.3 it said "trial version" on the bottom right, even though I added the keys.
I didn't worry about this, because the product worked fine and gave me great output, but now I am working on a larger list of tables, and it is telling me I can't have more than 20 tables in a trial version.
What can I do?

in "my purchases" click "reg info"

It contains the link and usr/pass to the registered version

Uninstall the trial version first, then install the registered version using links and keys from the control panel:
