No idea whether this is easy or not but some of my users suggested it and it does seem like quite a good idea.
As per Excel there is a 'Freeze panel" option that allows usually the top columns with their names to be frozen.
In Excel it also allows rows at side to be frozen. Personally I'm not so bothered about that but certainly freezing the table header might be nice.
This is separate from the existing fix header (which I use in every application by the way)
