Dear jacques, thanks for the reply

Normally these table of dynamic permissions are added by the phprunner automatically when we select dynamic permission for the project. This error is not happening with previous versions. Is it appropriate to add extra field to these table like xxxx_ugrights? or is it a bug on 10.3?
