Hide Data If It's Used

Hello,
I have 2 Tables.

1. Time-Slot.
   
2. Reservation.
   In Time Slot Table i have Teachers Name and Their Time Slots. As Below:
   1,TEACHER A,MONDAY,10:00 am - 10:45 am
   
   2,TEACHER A,MONDAY,10:45 am - 11:30 am
   
   3,TEACHER A,WEDNESDAY,11:30 am - 12:15 pm
   
   4,TEACHER A,FRIDAY,12:15 pm - 01:00 pm
   
   5,TEACHER A,SATURDAY,01:00 pm - 01:45 pm
   
   6,TEACHER A,SATURDAY,01:45 pm - 02:15 pm
   
   7,TEACHER A,SUNDAY,02:15 pm - 03:00 pm
   
   8,TEACHER A,SUNDAY,03:00 pm - 03:45 pm
   
   9,TEACHER A,SUNDAY,03:45 pm - 04:30 pm
   What i want to do is that, When i Make a Reservation from Reservation Table and select the above one time slot from 'Time-Slot' table, i want that Time slot to be hidden or Disabled since it's booked and need to keep it that way until i Delete that Reservation and make that time slot available again.
