Updates not uploading?

I recently had to update an older project. This particular page had a page with 4 tabs.

I updated each tab in PHPRunner under editor. I uploaded my project only to find out that only tab 1 and 2 updated.

Ok, so I then proceeding to doing a full build, and uploading all files.

Same thing, tab 2 and 3 never updated at all.

I copied all my settings for the tabs, and went ahead and reset the page all the tabs. It looked horrible in the editor, but I uploaded again, and none of my changed affected the website. The site looked exactly the same.

Any thoughts on what I should try next? I really don't want to redo this entire project.

Update on this:

I went to the project directory, deleted the 4 files that deals with that particular tab, rebuild the project. The other tabs come out as today's date, but the file pertaining to the 2nd tab stays the same from 2016. It some how is persistent.
