Sudden Error that has appeared on Export Function

I built an application nearly 3 years ago for a client has worked with no problems whatsoever. All of a sudden and out of the blue when ever they try to do an Export of data an error comes up. Nothing has been changed on the server no work has been done on the system whatsoever. Despite the error message all the files that are shown not to be there are there and in place.

Would be very grateful for any pointers as to why this has happened. Email me for screenshot of error as i can't seem to insert it in this text.

Post the error ( either type it out or send us a screenshot of the message , nobody will be able to help without seeing what exactly the error message is refering too? .
on assumptions without error message screenshot or code , I can only guess that you local PC has been updated to the newest version of office and it is not completely compatible although that error message would only come up once you open Microsoft office as a warning , meaning it is an older version.

As far as PHPrunner and export, What version of office [size="2"]are you using now. Did they upgrade your system to the newest version of Microsoft Office . It still should not throw an error but give you a warning . You need to post more info.[/size]
