Massmailer PDF issue

Just curious if anyone else is having issues with PDF email attachment vs html. The PDF emailed has a blank page first and doesn't span multiple pages the same if you select PDF button on project page. If so how did you resolve this?

This is an example of what I get. If I click the pdf button comes out normal no issues but with the mass mailer it is garbled.
