Hello,
I'm having an issue with sending emails that contain over 6 email attachments. the size of the emails does not matter as I can send emails with 6 attachments of 3m each for a total of 18m and I receive them, but if I send email with 7 attachments of 10k each for a total of 40k I do not receive it. I have checked with our company and we are set to 256 attachments and not seeing it coming in or being blocked. using smtp setup in the email setting works great as long as I have 6 or less attachments. I also receive no errors.
anyone had an issue like this that might be able to provide some guidance?

Never heard of issue like this. If you post it to Demo Account and contact support directly we can take a closer look.

Thanks, I would except everything is behind corporate fire wall so on demo account you wouldn't be able to get to the Data base or the SMTP.
ill try to setup up a server outside of the corporate for testing and placing on the demo.
