 Change breakpoint or disable menu collapse?

Anyone know how to change the breakpoint or disable the menu collapse in PHPR 10?
Ideally I would like to disable it altogether (so that the menu never collapses) but would settle for making the breakpoint lower.

Hi Sergey,
Thanks for your response.
I am referring to how the page menu will collapse on a narrow screen and shows a toggle button instead. This happens when I turn my mobile from landscape to portrait view.
Hope that makes sense.

Hi Sergey,
Thanks for the suggestion - but I could not get this to work. I have now found a way to proceed using the built in menu collapse settings so no longer need a solution for this.
