Register Page Button not working

I am having an issue with the Register Page.
I have not done anything fancy to it just the standard page.
I did upgrade the program from 9 to 10.
I did the Chrome F12 thing but saw no errors.
This is the page that is not working

Yes last night Sergery sent me an email for the fix.
