 Document Template Add folder issue

I have added the Document template to my project built using version 10. The template is the latest upgraded version.

My project and all the pages are working fine, except that the Create folder button on the doc file list page is not working. Meaning onclick it does not pop up the add folder dialog box like the demo does. Has anyone come across this issue and managed to resolve it? Can share how to fix it?

I managed to figure it out what caused the problem. It was the browser popup blocker that prevented the dialogue box to show up.
