How to reset a page in designer tab in version 10.0 build 31318

I could not find any option in the designer tab

Simply create a new page of the same type in Page Designer.
Then you can either delete an old page or change it to be a draft.

What happend to the REVISIONS button (was helpfull in version 9.8)?

you can use Undo/Redo functionality in Page Designer for now. We will add something similar to Revisions tool a bit later.
