I have a database of recipes with fields id,title,ingredients,directions.
I want to only show title in a view page, when they click on the view icon I want it show title,ingredients,directions
Any help?

Proceed to 'Choose fields' screen and choose what fields you want to see on the List page and what fields should appear on the View page.
