losing formatting

I have a simple asprunner.net site that is working OK
Copied the directory to a new directory and linked iis to it.

The site comes up and all the links, colors are good but it is just text that is showing.

Tried to copy with xcopy but still the same results.
Tried changing the asprunner output file to the new directory and same thing.
Database connections are all working OK.
UPDATE
It looks like an iis problem and not ASP.NET

  • from my working iis site I can connect to both folders OK
  • from the new iis I lose formatting on either one
  • from what I can see both iis sites are identical and are on the same Win 10 computer
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

These are only images of how it looks in the browser. Need to see images that explain how it is setup in IIS.
