Audit table Truncates Old and New data values

Is there a way to prevent the Audit feature from truncating old and new data when tracking field modifications?

I'm sending to a table, the description field size doesn't appear to be the issue, it seems to truncate field by field being updated.
It seems to truncate @ around 300-350 characters, I'd like to capture the complete data set, does anyone know where this is controlled and how to increase it?

Candidates for this position must meet requirements specified in ANSI/ANS Standards and Regulatory Guidelines. In addition site Technical Specifications, FSAR, or procedures may contain additional requirements. Hiring Managers are required to submit attachment 9.1 from EN-HR-137 for any candidate selected for this job. Candidates must meet or exceed ANSI/ANS 3.1-1978. ANSI Section 4.5.2- Technicians: The standard specifies this as Journeymen Level Personnel. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in their specialty. Minimum of 1 year of the experience should be related technical training. High degree of manual dexterity. Individuals in training or apprentice positions are not considered technicians or maintenance personnel for purposes of defining qualifications in ANSI/ANS 3.1 section 4 'Qualification,' but are permitted to perform work for which qualification has been demonstrated.

ANSI/ANS-3. 1-1978 - 4.5.2 - Technicians. Technicians shall have 3 years of working experience in their specialty of which 1 year should be related technical training. They should possess a high degree of manual dexterity and ability and should be capable of learning and applying basic skills.
