Open your project. Navigate to the Misc section where you would configure your email settings. Select your report on the left pane and change records per page.

 But in the option of reporting page in the misc tab, only has the option of groups per page and not and not recordings per page as in list page

In that case, you will most likely need to build that in your database and then use that as the source of your view.

You can also not show details and then join the report to a list that you can control records per page.

Records per page do not make much sense because reports work with groups. If you need records per page you need a regular List page.
